Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products you purchased and request a refund of their value. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date indicated on the courier company’s waybill accompanying your shipment.

Please follow the instructions below for the product return procedure, which applies equally to both returns and exchanges.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email

Please send us an email at info@sportcarstech.gr in order to initiate the return process for a product purchased from our e-shop, together with the completed return form available here.

2. Pack and send the product

Please package the product to be returned securely and send it to the following address:

3. Inspection and refund

Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition as well as the presence of all relevant accompanying documents, and we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you selected when placing your order.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returns will only be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused or in its original excellent condition. The inspection will be carried out by the manager of our online store.

The product packaging must not have been altered or soiled and must be in excellent condition.

The product must be returned in secure packaging so that it is not damaged during transport. We accept no liability for any loss or damage occurring during transport.

All documents accompanying the product and evidencing the transaction (original purchase receipt or any other accompanying material/tags) must be returned intact and in excellent condition together with the product.

If the product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned together with the product, likewise in excellent condition, including any printed materials/tags accompanying it.

Returns and Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases

Damage caused during the opening of the product or during its transport, where responsibility lies solely with the customer.

In the event of unauthorised or non-accepted returns, the products will be sent back to the delivery address of the original order.

Additional Terms

Exchanges and returns apply only to products purchased online through sportcarstech.gr

Seasonal items may only be exchanged for a corresponding seasonal item and are not eligible for a refund.

The provision of store credit is not available.

Clarifications:

The return is made at the customer’s responsibility, as we bear no liability for any loss or damage during transport..

The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

In cases of incorrect, damaged, or generally defective products, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Company, provided that the items are sent back to sportcarstech.gr using the carrier company we indicate to you. Otherwise, such returns will not be accepted. Where several items were sold and only some of them are incorrect or defective, the right of replacement or withdrawal shall be limited to those items only.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the product at our e-shop, using the same payment method selected when placing the order, provided that the relevant conditions are met following our inspection.

In particular, in the case of purchases made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. Therefore, please inform us by email of your bank account details (IBAN), the bank at which the account is held, and the name of the account holder as shown in the bank records. For security reasons, the account holder must be the same person whose name appears on the purchase receipt for the returned product

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour from completion of the online ordering process.

Cancellation of an order that has already been invoiced, packed, and delivered by us to the courier company will not be accepted.

For any order cancellation, or for any change of address or payment method, you may send an email to info@sportcarstech.gr. This option is available until the moment you are notified by email that your order has been dispatched. After that point, no cancellations or changes to your order can be made.

If, prior to the customer’s cancellation request, the customer has already paid the value of their approved order and we have received such payment, we are obliged to refund the amount received within fourteen (14) working days, using the same payment method by which the payment was originally made.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the product by following the return procedure and then place a new order.

Force Majeure

If, due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we are unable to deliver the products within the specified period, we will contact you by email in order to confirm whether you still wish your order to be completed under those circumstances.

We shall not be liable for any situation arising without fault on our part, and we will do everything reasonably possible to serve you in the best possible manner.
